I am a multi award winning and success-driven learning professional with a unique skill set that challenges and evolves organisations’ approach to L&D and people development. These include taking elements of traditional techniques such as coaching, classroom training and instructional design, then blending them with modern approaches including digital content, flipped classroom, virtual classroom, gamification, analytics and engaging platforms to create learning experiences that work. L&D is under increasing pressure to close skills gaps, improve performance and compete with consumer-grade experiences. And that’s where I come in.

Task-oriented, self-motivated and focused, I am a naturally strategic thinker, who also has an eye for detail, quality and practicality. I travel globally for work and have hands-on experience of leading across geographical boundaries both in person and virtually, coaching existing cross-cultural teams and new starters. I enjoy collaborating with other people, working towards a shared goal and learning from others.

This unique combination of skills and experience, coupled with my strategic commercial knowledge, helps drive innovation in learning, change behaviours and ultimately led me to create The Canonbury Consultancy Group.
